Are you interested in seeing what Pilates is all about? Have you taken a few classes at a gym or watched a video or two, and want to know more? We now have the best way to get started. Over the last 5+ years, we have found that Pilates is similar to a lot of things, you have to start with a solid foundation in order to see lasting benefits. This is where our "Introduction to CORE" comes into play. Since we want to ensure our clients receive the knowledge, attention and support they deserve in attending our studio, this package consists of:

- 2 Private Sessions - Our New Client Studio Packet - Sample Packet of Tracking Sheets - 5 points for late cancellations |
Please note that we are a Private Based studio and offer our classes as a privilege to our clients. We want all of our clients to come in for private sessions on a regular basis. It is very important that as our sessions grow and develop that you do the same. Click to find out more...
