What is a "Focus" class?
Focus Class - Open to 3-4 Students:
Our newest class offering includes a new take on "Classes". We, like most studios, offered Mat Classes, Reformer Classes, etc. for quite a while. We were always looking for a way to make sure we were able to add value to our students lives and sessions. We ran into the issue that by naming our classes and structuring our classes around a single piece of equipment or mats, we limited our classes to the amount of work that we can pull from. So our newest idea is that our classes no longer have any equipment or apparatus affiliation, but a size limit. Our Focus Class is just that... A class that focuses on you. We like to think that we do that in all of our classes but with only 4 students, we have the control as well as freedom to get into some deep work.
